[arm-allstar] Problem with astres.sh

Matt,

 You must have missed the paragraph about restarting a server running
broadcastify in the howto at hamvoip.org. There is a script shown you can
implement to restart a server running broadcastify. There is also another
script that restarts broadcastify when its cpu time goes over a minute. I
found early on that it would become unstable or did not work after it had
been running for awhile.  Since implementing that many years ago and
putting broadcastify on a separate by itself server It has run flawlessly.
