[arm-allstar] Supermon 6.1+ Update

4x - green
5x - yellow
6x - red

This is conservative coloring but we find that in most cases even in turbo
mode with a heat sink and small fan it usually stays in the mid to low 4x
range. It doesn't throttle until it gets to the 8x range but best to keep
electronics as cool as possible.
