[arm-allstar] Allstar Link Audio

My audio from the allstar link is way over driven. I'm trying to figure out
what setting would correct this?

Node :

RPi 3b+ / Asterisk 1.5.3_42   <--> RIM Lite USB Fob <- DB9 -> UV-5r Plus

HT and IAXrpt on Android

Put the node in Parrot mode not connected to any other node.

Key the HT and tx "Audio Test"

     crystal clear audio at perfect levels.

Force the node to Say the Time, or Force ID

     crystal clear audio at perfect leves

Key the IAXrpt on the android and the HT returns audio so over driven its
barely readable.

RX level set at 400

TX A and B both at 400

rxboost disabled.

What else? What have I not thought of?
