[arm-allstar] Scout Jamboree on the Air next weekend

Andy,

 In the last two years I had made a node available here but that node -
41760 is now the Rooster Hub. I can make node 29015 which is normally a
digital data hub available that weekend as it will not be used for anything
else during those times.
