[arm-allstar] Supermon 6.0

Supermon 6.0+ is and has been part of the hamvoip distribution, The howto
does not say where it is because you have it! Just follow the simple
instructions to configure it.

And BTW a new more feature rich Supermon 6.1+ will be out very soon.
Possibly this weekend as part of an update and will be announced here.
