[arm-allstar] Connecting to node 29332

Gerry,

I have 29332 connected every Wednesday for a hour and it worked fine today
and I am able to dns-query it. Not that it matters but 29332 is a hamvoip
node. The DNS should have nothing to do with it as it reflects what is in
the old rpt_extnodes file. You turned the download of that file off as per
the instructions which was right to do as it is extra bandwidth that does
not need to take place when using DNS.

When you are connecting somewhere with Allstar the total lack of any
response to the command usually means your end does not have routing (IP
address and port) information for that node. If on the other hand you get a
connection failed it could mean the other end does not know about you or
the Internet path is bad to that node. At some point we have it on our list
of things to do to make the failure messages more meaningful when
connecting.
