We do have French audio files for Asterisk/AllStar. They are not included 
by default. You need to install the hamvoip-var-lib-asterisk-fr package:

pacman -S hamvoip-var-lib-asterisk-fr

when i say lenguage = fr, it's for ".gsm" files
numbers, letters, weather, etc.
