[arm-allstar] Private node config question

I’ve never done private nodes before, but, have a application where it’s needed.

I have a private HUB setup on fiber, with static and pets forwarded.......ok

Question is, can I have nodes calling in that don’t have static’s (cellular modems) and just put the hub ip/port number in the rpt.conf file?   Since the hub will only listen for incoming calls, I’m hoping I don’t have to list all the remote nodes IP since they can change.

I looked for a how to for private systems and didn’t see one.
