[arm-allstar] AutoSky: Permission denied

	Where would I start trouble-shooting this error (below)? My Linux log 
is now full of cron generated failures and running it now manually from 
bash gets the same result (logged on as root). I believe that all is 
properly setup and was, in fact, working properly a week or so ago for a 
local weather alert.

/usr/local/bin/AUTOSKY/AutoSky
