[arm-allstar] Can't do updates Pi3

Good morning all.  I finally updated 28258 from a BBB to a Pi3.  I can
connect and log in with putty but when I attempt to do an update I get a
failed. Reboot and shutdown works.  I am forwarding TCP any to 222,  UDP
any to 4569, UDP any to 5198, UDP any 5199.  Guess the cold and snow has
affected my brain cells as I can't figure out what I'm missing???  Thanks
