Yes, the node you are connecting to has remote base activated.

 dns-query 46875
+OK|radio at 66.149.142.47:4569/46875,66.149.142.47,y

indicated by the y at the end of the line.  Deactivate remote base which in
most all cases is a mistake at allstarlink.org and it should work.

This is also a reminder that very soon remote base code will be removed
from the hamvoip distribution.
