[arm-allstar] It’s almost here

The green background means it's registered. There's not an indication of
connection on the nodes list. But, if you click on the node number it will
take you to the stats page for that node and there you can see the
connections.

I'll play with the text color, I think I had it black at one time and
thought it was less visible. Maybe black and bold would work.
