[arm-allstar] No Weather on Supermon

Chris,

 They were not there because you did not put them there.  Global.inc is a
user configurable file. We do not overwrite it or update it. From time to
time we add variables that can go in there which are documented in the
howto. You need to add the LOCALZIP line with your zip code for weather.

$LOCALZIP = "Your-ZIP";

Add this line and put your zip in it. Make sure you add it exactly as shown
with quotes and ending semicolon.
