[arm-allstar] ARM-allstar Digest, Vol 54, Issue 34

Thanks David.

FWIW - right now the connection is down and the other end, where the
Internet is good, is banging away trying to reconnect for several hours now
without fail, as expected.

More random info: the flakey Internet connection is via a Verizon ADSL
modem. There is a LAN with several other nodes on it and those remain
operational even when the Internet (WAN) connection is lost. The repeater
at the other end is on a FiOS gigabit connection and is addressed by the
FQDN that you see in the posting. So the registration server is not involved
in the connection. But I suppose the DNS function of the modem/router is
needed (?)

Cheers
Ken

Ken,

I'll test this over the next few days and try to figure out what's happening
in your usage case.
