  You need to edit the /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf file.  Go to this section of
the node you want to change -

; ID settings
                                ; ID recording files must have extension
gsm,ulaw,pcm,
                                ; or wav. No file extension is used.
                                ; All ID recording files should be sampled
at 8KH

;idrecording=/etc/asterisk/local/node-id
                                ; Main ID voice
;idrecording=|iDE WA3DSP/L
                                ; Main ID CW
;idtalkover=|iDE WA3DSP/L
                                ; ID when signal present

You have a number of choices. The first idrecording line above will say
your call in voice. If you do not want voice comment it as shown above with
a semicolon at the beginning of the line. The second idrecordding can be
uncommented if you want a CW ID. Of course change the call to te one you
want. The idtalkover line is the ID that will be played when someone is
transmitting. This is usually the CW ID and should be uncommented. ID's are
played at a lower level based on the amount of telemetry ducking in place
when a node has signal present.

I don't use winscp since I don't use Windows unless I have to but it should
work. The alternative is to login using ssh and select item 9 from the
menu, bash shell. Then at the prompt type  nano /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf
edit the file and save it.  It is also a good idea to make a backup copy of
a file before you edit it.
