[arm-allstar] Update V1.5.3-45

I guess I will have to refrain from embellishing emails with bold or any
special character changes. Too many people use brain dead email readers I
suppose. Too bad there is not some consistency there. It makes sending
email very bland. The readers should at least filter out special characters
if they don't want to present them.
