[arm-allstar] Update from supermon

Doug, 

Right when everything shuts down and restarts you would lose supermon. 

It isn’t something we do too troubling often, that’s what makes it hard for some to dig the notes back out on how they used ssh to login the pi.

 Yes I think you could but don't expect any feedback in that case and you will probably lose your supermon connection until it restarts. I still think the cleanest and safest way would be to ssh in and run item 1 on the menu. It is not a big deal to do. If you have supermon access your would have ssh access to your server. This is not something you need to do every day.  

The other option is just use the script with cron to do it at some random time in the middle of the night on a regular basis. The logfile is in /tmp/update.log
