[arm-allstar] UPDATE for Supermon/Allmon2 buffer overflow

Dave put out an update this morning to fix a potential problem with
Supermon or Allmon2. If many (more than approximately 75) nodes are
displayed there could be a buffer overrun and potential crash. This fix is
in the app_rpt AMI code. While this problem probably does not effect anyone
at this time it was something that needed fixing.

Updates are at the ADMIN menu item 1.
