[arm-allstar] Microcenter Pi3B+

Note Microcenter carries both the Element 14 and Allied Pis. Same price. I recommend getting the Element 14 ones as I’ve seen incomplete solder reflow on Allied ones. After having LEDs literally fall off, I had to take a heat gun to the board to hopefully make sure nothing more important disappears.
