[arm-allstar] Allstar off mobile network

Just a question: It appears that Allstar is blocking mobile networks (tried AT&T and Verizon) from downloading the list of nodes. Trying to setup a mobile node for a cross-country trip. It connects no problem to the hotspot on my phone, but won’t let me connect to any station. When I go on WiFi, it downloads the list and connects no problem. Is this actually a thing?
