Dean,
There has not been anything changed in Echolink. Is the problem incoming,
outgoing, or both? There are several things you can check.
Go into the client - item 11 on the menu
At the CLI prompt type - echolink dbdump
You should see a long list of echolink nodes flash by only a portion shown
here -
Pi3-test*CLI> echolink dbdump
100002|KD2PHM|44.190.5.102
100004|KE8GAH|44.190.5.101
100017|W4FID|44.190.5.103
100022|VK3ATO|112.141.227.137
100032|KY5O-R|162.229.202.111
100070|KP4JMT|44.190.5.101
100082|KC3KNE|44.190.5.103
100095|KN4LPK|44.190.5.103
100104|KM4HSD-L|174.223.10.212
100114|KA7LRC-L|97.120.212.124
100142|IT9QIO-L|95.245.4.242
100155|DO7GKB|44.137.75.248
100165|E25AFP|202.29.6.89
Then you can look for a specific node by call or node number -
Pi3-test*CLI> echolink dbget c WA3DSP-L
147090|WA3DSP-L|67.165.29.63
Pi3-test*CLI> echolink dbget n 147090
147090|WA3DSP-L|67.165.29.63
Are you seeing the node list?
You can also leave the client open and see if you see any unusual errors
related to echolink.
I suspect the above will work as I see your call listed -
Pi3-test*CLI> echolink dbget c K9QB
964898|K9QB|67.63.238.163
