[arm-allstar] Zoiper question

Unless your router has hairpin loop-back the public IP of your router will
not work within your LAN. While most routers have that not all do. You will
know when it does not work! The router has to recognize its own public IP
on the LAN and also apply port forwarding rules to it for it to work. So
even if you do have hairpin loop-back to use your public IP within your LAN
you need to have port forwarding setup so it knows to what IP address to
direct the port on your LAN.
