[arm-allstar] UPDATE 1.5rc4-22

There has been a minor update that adds some functionality and corrections
to several scripts.

AutoSky -  Code added to allow multiple nodes on a server to work with
AutoSky. The AutoSky howto on the hamvoip.org web site has also been
updated to reflect the change.

wx_condition.sh -  Modified to allow any length ID. Converts WUNDER ID to
upper case. Added choice of Degrees F or C - defaults to Degrees F

weather.sh - minor spelling fix.

To update use item 1 of the ADMIN menu.
