Google is your friend:
<http://www.repeater-builder.com/products/usb-rim-lite.html>

Scott makes the Rim-Lite in several different pinouts of DB9.
One is for the Alinco. He specifically says: "This version is
customized to be plug-and-play with the Alinco DR-x35 single band
series of mobile radio. Simply plug the module onto the radio's
DB-9 connector, connect to a PC running AllStar and you're up
and running. Since the DR-x35 family is available in VHF, 220,
and UHF versions, this interface allows a user to quickly
deploy a simplex AllStar node on the most common amateur bands.
NOTE: THIS MODULE DOES NOT WORK WITH THE DUAL-BAND DR-635
ALINCO MOBILE."

A rim-lite made for the Maxtrac/Radius/GM300/R1225/CDM will not
work in the Alinco, and neither will the one made for the Scom 7330.
