[arm-allstar] Courtesy Tones

Hello all I am using latest version (*HamVoIP AllStar Version - Asterisk
1.4.23-pre.hamvoip-V1.5.3-31-app_rpt-0.327-04/17/2018*) and trying to
configure so courtesy tone fires on repeater for users over the link (Does
work - Transmits *CT8*) but when users speak on my repeater (RF) another
courtesy tone fires (Transmits *remotetx*).  (This I want to stop)

My configuration is as a Remote Node.

duplex=1

Question How can I stop the courtesy tone for local (RF Users) and continue
it for Linked users?

A hint may be:  Hungup 'DAHDI/pseudo-<*Random 9 digits*>' that logs each
time the courtesy tone I want to prevent fires.

I also reconfigured remotetx=|t(0,0,1,0) which removes the tone however the
link radio still keys.

Any guidance that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.  At present
turning off all telemetry is my only option and that is less than desired
due to the other functionality that is lost as a result.
