[arm-allstar] Kenwood TH-D74 DTMF troubles

Has anyone else had trouble decoding dtmf from the Kenwood TH-D74?

 

I've tried it on two different nodes and neither one will decode very well.

Icom, Yaesu and Kenwood mobile and HT's work on both nodes, just not the
TH-D74. 

 

It will decode *, 8's just nothing else. I've even tried multiple TH-D74's
with the same outcome. 

 

I do have TX/RX EQ turned off on the TH-D74 and on both nodes I've tried
toggling the PRE and DE emphasis with no luck. 

 

Anybody have a suggestion?
