Bill,

 A summary weather report is very possible BUT the problem is good text to
speech for free. The non-free ones don't sound that good and the semi-free
ones like google are a pain that not everyone would want to do. That is why
we took weather other than short snippets out of the code awhile back.
Goggle use to be free and easy to use and at least for awhile we enjoyed
it. People want free, easy, and good quality. It is hard to get all three.

There is a current weather condition not forecast script I wrote out there
-  wx_condition.sh <AirportDesignator or -wWundergroundCode>  <node>

Ex.

wx_condtion.sh KPHL 4000
wx_condition.sh -wPAPHL12 40000

Run wx_condition.sh  with no parameters for more examples.

A forecast is hard because you really need to use TTS and peopl want it to
be understandable!
