[arm-allstar] More on supermon

Try port 8080. Remember that you then have to add the port to the IP
address when it is not 80 inside and outside also  -
192.168.1.100:8080/supermon
 and outside your LAN you need to port froward the selected port TCP to the
Allstar server. Outside you could use an IP address or domain name but the
IP address could change so best to use a domain name.
