[arm-allstar] Losing connection to SIP provider

Okay looks like putting the IP address as host instead of hostname gets its to work from cold boot. AllStar is probably starting up before network services. There’s a way to fix that if that’s the case but at least I figured it out. Looks like things are working with SIP. The connection has been staying up.
