[arm-allstar] No DTMF using Zopier keypad on IOS

I've gotten Zopier to connect via iPhone to my node via IAX.  It will pass
traffic to the node which transmits fine, and whatever the node receives it
comes through Zopier fine.

The problem I'm having with Zopier is that the keypad does not pass any
DTMF.  I can bring the keypad up in Zopier once the link to the node is
established, but pressing any of the 12 keys does nothing.  DTMF is not
played locally on the phone nor is it passed to Asterisk.  The Asterisk
console will show the phone registering and playing the connection audio.
But once I select keypad it passes nothing.

Is there a setting in Asterisk that is preventing the DTMF from the phone?
