[arm-allstar] Time to Update!!

We have encouraged this before but we want to emphasize it again. If are
still using a BeagleBone Black any code version or using a Pi with code
that pre-dated V1.5 please consider updating to a Pi and V1.5 software.
There have been many updates including bug fixes and enhancements in
Asterisk/Allstar that are not and will not be in the older code packages.
There will also be some very significant code updates in the coming month
that will only be available in the V1.5 code as an online update. So
prepare now so you won't be left behind.

Updating is easy. If you are using a Beaglebone Black just buy a Pi,
download the V1.5 code at hamvoip.org, burn it to an SD card, and setup the
Pi using your previous node number and node password. All other hardware is
fully compatible. Total cost <$40 and less than an hour of your time.
