[arm-allstar] My node is not connecting any more

I double checked and you are not blocked on 2560. The server was rebuilt 
3 weeks ago and has had intermittent issues with random stations not 
being able to connect, due to the rpt_extnodes file not updating. The 
"updatenodelist" process seems to randomly die, and someone has to log 
in and restart it. For now, just use 2545 as the alternate / backup server.
