[arm-allstar] courtesy tones while node connected

I thought courtesy tones weren’t passed over the net? I’ve got one node with nounkeyct=1 set and it’s quiet as can be when keyed up directly via RF, as expected. When I join this node from a 2nd node however, courtesy tones are heard on BOTH nodes when the 2nd node keys.

I’m trying to use this 1st node as a frequency-variable gateway for other connecting nodes. Already have the ability to change the host radio freq, but repeater owners (and users) rather frown on hearing foreign courtesy tones. How can I get node one to suppress ALL AllStar related tones?
