Rory,

 You actually have NO problems according to the log you sent! There are
many option modules that are not loaded in Allstar and are ot needed for
normal option. I won't go through them all but that is what you are seeing
here. in this log. In most cases if you have not configured it or have it
turned off in modules.conf it will not load. I will use echolink as an
example. If you have not configured echolink.conf it will not load. Most do
not run echolink so this is NOT an error in the operation of Allstar only
an error that the file is not there. Bottom line is
