[arm-allstar] Some general questions

There are no settings that control audio levels between nodes. You set your
RX and TX levels in simpleusb.conf. If your levels are correct and a level
coming in is low or high it is the other users responsibility to correct
that at their end. It is likely they do not have levels set correctly. Both
Echolink and IRLP have level settings that can be changed to match their
levels to those of Allstar.

The easiest way to keep other from connecting TO you is to not port forward
your iax port. Then no incoming calls will be allowed. I would also turn
off status reporting in that case - comment the two statpost lines for that
node in rpt.conf.

To connect permanent you use *73<node> If you want this to be a
connection that always happens at boot you can use the startup_macro
command.

In the node you are connecting from in rpt.conf -

startup_macro_delay=20  ; wait 20 seconds to initiate
startup_macro = *52        ; call macro #2

In the rpt.conf macro stanza

2=*73<node>#

In both case the <node> is replaced with just the node number.
