[arm-allstar] Firewall

Jim,

No firewall rules are setup on the RPi, by default. There is an example
iptables firewall script over in the /etc/openvpn directory (file:  
firewall). It needs to be customized for your installation and can be
activated at boot-time by changing the file: /usr/local/etc/allstar.env
and setting the FIREWALL variable to enabled. Like:

export FIREWALL="enabled"
