[arm-allstar] Error messages on receive

Happy to report this was resolved and Larry is a happy new Allstar user.
Welcome to Allstar Larry!

The basic problem was improper settings in simpleusb-tune-menu and RF
feedback from the antenna.

In certain situations it is easier to resolve things on the phone, via
teamviewer, or ssh. I am happy to do that as it actually takes less time in
most cases than back and forth via email!
