[arm-allstar] Error messages on receive

After a couple of days of attempting to get my node operational I must admit defeat. The node registers, I can enter DTMF commands and the only response is a series of tones accompanied by multiple error messages as shown in the following image. I verified that the DTMF entries are correctly being read by the node.  Also, upon power up of the node a series of what I would think to be messages are received in the same manner: tones and error messages. I cannot say for sure if I have ever received human voice related to the node since the frequency may have been shared. The quality of the brief transmission suggested that it was not AllStar related.
