[arm-allstar] Followup to “Registration fails (Doug Crompton)”

Please give us more information about your setup? Are you using a wired
ethernet connection? Can you ping ucsd.edu as a test? You need access to
the internet to register. You do NOT need any port forwarding for your node
to register and work outbound. A wrong port forward could screw things up
and not allow either in or outbound. Take out any port forwarding.

Is this a first time installation? Do you have other nodes?
