[arm-allstar] ilink commands not working

Greg,
If you are not registered you will not have any downloaded nodes to
connect to. The connection process will fail silently if the node does not
exist. Try
chk_reg.sh at the Linux prompt to see if you are registered.
If registration is failing turn off your node for 5-10 minutes and it
should register when it comes back.
