[arm-allstar] Private node understanding

To setup a couple private nodes for dedicated links for our repeater system, I’ve got a couple questions

When connecting to a  HUB on a static IP with proper bind port forwarded from WAN............. 

The far end nodes would only need to have the IP and port for the hub, is this correct ? 

I’ve never done a private node and did not see a how to.
