Roger,

I am not sure what is going on with your Supermon. I suspect it is a setup
iissue. We are running Supermon with both local and remote nodes and it all
seems to be working fine.

Steps to use setup a remote site.

- first of all it has to be your site or you have to have permission to do
it.
- set the remote sites manager to 0.0.0.0
- set the remote sites manager password to a secure name
- restart Asterisk at the remote site
- port forward the manager port 5038 at the remote site
- setup iptables as per script in howto at the remote site
- setup your local allmon.ini to access the remote site -
public IP of remote site and port 5038
- always refresh or logout/login your Supermon when making changes.

If you can't resolve it you could perhaps delete your entire supermon and
reload -

You can save your allmon.ini and global.inc files and then to remove -

pacman -rdd

Then

pacman -Syu hamvoip-supermon

to reinstall. Then you can copy your allmon.ini and glabal.inc files back
over.
