 Yes. All the packages are there.

pacman -Ss ddclient
community/ddclient 3.8.3-2
    Update dynamic DNS entries for accounts on many dynamic DNS services

pacman -Ss nmap
extra/nmap 7.10-1
    Utility for network discovery and security auditing
community/vulscan 2.0-2
    A module which enhances nmap to a vulnerability scanner

Use the standard pacman commands -  To install

pacman -Sy  <package-name>
