[arm-allstar] pacman and installed packages

Fred,
We maintain the repository for ALL packages and thus the versions are
determined by us. We try to keep packages updated but it is unlikely we
would have the latest and greatest of everything. If you have a specific
need for an updated package and it would benefit all please let us know
what package it is and we can include it if possible. You can download and
compile a package on your own but doing so might require other dependencies
that might not be there and could lead to possible problems.
What is the package that needs updating?
