[arm-allstar] Pi2B+

As was announced here the Pi2B+ is out and some of us have it on order.
However I want to caution you that although I am sure we will fully support
it, it probably will not work out of the box with our current software. We
are scheduled to get boards in early April and once the updated software is
available and tested we will include it in an update.

I wanted to make this clear because if you have an immediate need for a
server you should still buy the Pi2B which will be readily available for
some time. In most cases the Pi2B+ will not offer any real advantage for
Allstar users other than the 5GHz wifi addition.
