Don,

You did not say where you were looking at this display but I suspect
lsnodes or supermon?

  This is edited at allstarlink.org -  You can put alpha characters in the
frequency field under the node description. You are limited to the number
of characters so if it does not update the field you know you went over.  I
have put things in there like  "Digital Hub"  but "Radio-less Node" might
be too long.. If so you might be able to say "Radio-less"

Your location is specified in the server description. If this is a fixed
node you could put the town and location. If it is mobile you  could just
say that or maybe something like "anywhere, USA"  or "Philadelphia area"
or  "New England area",  etc.  There is no rule as to what you can put in
as long as it fits.

In order to see the updates you make at allstar link you will need to run
astdb.php  at the Linux prompt on your server. This is done automatically
once every 24 hours so to see an immediate update you need to bring in the
updated file.
