[arm-allstar] Allstar asterisk node-29103 echolink connect

I would have no idea about connecting to any particular Echolink node as
some have restrictions. For instance you could not connect to my Echolink
node because it has restricted access. Try the talk back node -   *3309999
- and see if that works and you hear yourself back.
