[arm-allstar] Echolink crash issue resolved (hopefully!)

Hi Everyone,

Over the last several days I've been working on locating and resolving the
chan_echolink segmentation fault crashing bug. As of this morning, I
believe the major cause of the bug is squashed.

For echolink users who have experienced these crashes, please update your
systems (admin menu option #1), try out echolink, and report any
segmentation fault crashes, etc.


I'm awaiting feedback!
