[arm-allstar] Easier way to effect HamVoip updates?

Bryan,

 The nag option is one we discussed but emails would not work since we
don't have everyone's email related to node number. There could be a nag
message when you ssh in which would be more practical but you would have to
ssh in to see it. We will keep batting it around.
