[arm-allstar] cron job setup

I wanted to quality one ting because it might be misunderstood. -

When I said "Time order does not matter in cron"   I mean the order of
individual entries not the order within those entries. So you could put an
entry well in the future ahead of one for tomorrow or vice versa.
